The Enchanted Palace- Falkland Palace Christmas Event 11th, 12th & 13th December 2015 11am-4pm

Event Description

Experience Christmas at Falkland Palace and Gardens this winter, as we transform the interior into an enchanted forest! Listen to live festive music in the Chapel Royal, enjoy the Christmas Market, find all the robins inside the Palace in our Robin Trail and meet Santa.

The event is divided up into three sections;
-The Palace
-The Christmas Market
-Santa’s Grotto

For information on each section and how you can get tickets please read below.

The Palace

The Palace will be transformed into an indoor enchanted forest. A Palace guide will lead you into our 500 year old Chapel Royal where you will be captivated by live Christmas carols and music. You will then be lead through the rest of the decorated Palace into the Tapestry gallery, Edwardian Library and King’s Room. Children can take part in the free Christmas Robin Trail.

The only ticket that gives access to the Palace is called the Palace & Market Ticket and grants you access to both the Palace and the Christmas Market. These can only be purchased online from 9.30am on the 15th of October 2015 at www.nts.org.uk/falklandpalace. Each ticket will give you a time slot in which you can enter the building. Maximum of 25 people every 15 minutes.

Important Information
The Palace tour will take approximately 45 minutes in total and the last Palace tour on each day will start at 3.30pm.
Please be aware of this when planning your day as the Christmas Market and Santa’s Grotto both finish at 4pm, so please allow yourself enough time to do everything you wish to see to avoid disappointment.

    Really looking forward to this event. Can you please email me when tickets go on sale. Also looking to stay over night on the Sunday. Are their hotels close by?
